Petrobras Oil, Gas Output Falls in August

Tuesday, September 25, 2018

Brazil's state-run oil company Petroleo Brasileiro SA said its oil and gas production in August totaled 2.47 million barrels of oil equivalent per day, attributing the 5.1 percent decline from the previous month to closures for maintenance.

Petrobras, as the company is known, said in a securities filing that its production within Brazil amounted to 2.35 million barrels of oil equivalent.
