France's Engie Acquires Brazil's ACS

Engie has closed a deal to acquire Brazilian energy efficiency company ACS, the French energy group told Reuters on Friday without specifying the value.
ACS offers services like remote monitoring of energy consumption, as well as water, temperature and gas monitoring.
Engie aims to reach 1 billion reais ($317.82 million) in revenue in 2020, through its services arm, as it seeks to expand and diversify its presence in Brazil.
