December 26, 2017

Quadrant Energy drilling the Phoenix South-3 and Dorado-1 wells in 2018, located in Western Australia.

The Development Driller-1 rig is about to commence its voyage to Western Australia where it will drill the Phoenix South-3 in March 2018.

The primary target is the Caley interval that contained oil and gas some 550m away in the Phoenix South-2 well in 2017.

The Dorado-1 well will be drilled with the Ensco 107 jack-up drilling rig. The rig is expected to commence its mobilization to Western Australia in April 2018 for a multi-activity campaign.

The primary target is the Caley interval at 3760m, being the same interval that contained oil and gas at the Roc and Phoenix South locations.

The joint venture of Phoenix-South-3 and Dorado-1 includes Carnarvon Petroleum (20%) and Quadrant Energy (operator, 80%).
